1. About the Service

HeyMira is an AI-powered astrology platform available as a Telegram bot (@HeyMiraBot) and (coming soon) as mobile applications. The service provides natal chart generation, daily forecasts, compatibility analysis, and AI-powered astrological consultations.

HeyMira is operated as a Sole Proprietorship under Individual Activity Certificate No. 1282976, registered in Lithuania, EU.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using HeyMira, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

Free features:

• Personal natal chart based on your birth data
• 2 free questions to the AI astrologer
• Daily forecast (summary version)
• 1 mini compatibility analysis

Premium subscription (paid via Telegram Stars or in-app purchase):

• Unlimited AI chat with memory
• Full daily personalized forecasts
• PDF natal chart report
• Bonus compatibility analyses

Shop items (available to Premium subscribers):

• Love compatibility reports
• Partner analysis
• Yearly forecast
• Child horoscope
• Energy packs (additional daily messages)

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed through Telegram Stars (Telegram's payment system) or through Google Play / Apple App Store for mobile apps
• Subscription prices are displayed before purchase in the applicable currency
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refund policies are governed by the respective payment platform (Telegram, Google Play, or Apple App Store)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

HeyMira provides AI-generated astrological content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

• Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice
• HeyMira does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
• Astrological interpretations are based on traditional astrology principles processed by AI and may contain inaccuracies
• You should not make important life decisions based solely on HeyMira's responses
• Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the AI system
• Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the chat
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Redistribute or commercially use content generated by HeyMira

7. Intellectual Property

• The HeyMira brand, logo, and service design are our intellectual property
• AI-generated responses (natal charts, forecasts, compatibility reports) are provided for your personal use
• You may share your personal results but may not commercially redistribute them
• The underlying AI models, prompts, and algorithms are proprietary

8. Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use HeyMira
• If you are between 13 and 18, you should have parental consent to use the service
• We reserve the right to restrict access for users who do not meet age requirements

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Telegram, AI providers, or other third parties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HeyMira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Account Termination

• You can stop using HeyMira at any time by blocking the bot on Telegram
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of HeyMira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
