Is HeyMira free?

Installing the app, your natal chart and two questions for Mira are free. After that, it’s a subscription: $4.99 a week, $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year. Each plan has a daily question limit — you’ll see it on the payment screen.

Does Mira predict the future?

No. Mira doesn’t predict events or promise that someone will come back or call. She helps you understand what’s happening right now — inside you and between you and the people close to you — and shows which periods are better for conversations and decisions.

Can I get a reading of my whole family?

Yes. In the Universe you add your loved ones along with their roles, and Mira does a reading for a couple or a group of 3 to 10 people: who’s in tune with whom, where the tension is and what to do about it.

Is Mira a person or an AI?

Mira is artificial intelligence. Chart calculations are done by an engine built on Swiss Ephemeris, and Mira translates them into plain language and carries the conversation. In-app support is handled by real people.

How is HeyMira different from other astrology apps?

In three ways. Mira remembers your loved ones and reads your relationships with specific people by name. The Universe offers group readings for 3 to 10 people — we don’t know of any other app that does this. And Mira doesn’t predict: she explains what’s happening now.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union. HeyMira is a Lithuanian company, and conversations are processed in EU data centers. You can delete your account and all your data in the app settings.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. The app is available on Android through Google Play and in Telegram; an iPhone version is in the works — leave your email above and we’ll let you know when it’s out.

Do I need my exact time of birth?

It helps: your Ascendant and the houses of your chart depend on it. If you don’t know the exact time, Mira will build the chart without it and tell you which conclusions are less reliable as a result.
