Terms of Service
1. The service and the parties
Hey Mira is an astrology AI service: natal chart generation, conversations with Mira, an AI companion, daily forecasts (text and voice), compatibility analyses — including group readings and charts of other people — and one-off reports.
The service is available as a Telegram bot (@HeyMiraBot), an Android app (Google Play), an iOS app (App Store), and, in the future, a web version at heymira.live.
The service is operated by MB HeyMira, a Lithuanian small partnership (Mažoji bendrija), company code 307651397, VAT LT100020121516, Perkūnkiemio g. 19, Vilnius, LT-12120, Lithuania, EU. Contact: support@heymira.live.
By using Hey Mira, you enter into an agreement with MB HeyMira and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Age: 18+ only
Hey Mira is intended exclusively for adults. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
If it turns out that a user is under 18, we may immediately close the account and delete the data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Amounts paid by such a user are refunded under the rules of the platform through which the payment was made.
3. Mira is artificial intelligence
You are talking to an artificial intelligence system, not a human. Mira's responses — including natal chart interpretations, forecasts, compatibility analyses, and voice messages — are generated by large language models based on astrological calculations and the context of your conversation.
We tell you this at the first interaction and remind you in the interface. AI-generated content is labeled in accordance with Art. 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
4. Nature of the content: self-reflection and entertainment, not professional advice
Hey Mira provides AI-generated astrology content for self-reflection, introspection, and entertainment. By using the service, you understand and agree to the following:
- Astrological interpretations are not a scientifically proven method of predicting events or describing personality. They are based on traditional astrological principles processed by AI.
- AI can be wrong. Although Mira obtains astronomical data (planetary positions, aspects, transits) from precise calculations based on Swiss Ephemeris, the textual interpretations are generated by a language model — they may contain inaccuracies, simplifications, and errors (so-called AI "hallucinations"). We continuously work on quality, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any response.
- Mira does not give professional advice. Mira's responses are not, and do not replace, medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial, or investment consultation. For such matters, consult qualified professionals.
- Do not make important life decisions based on Mira's responses. Decisions about health, relationships, money, work, or legal action are your responsibility. Astrology describes circumstances; the decision is always the human's.
5. If things are hard: crisis situations
Hey Mira is not an emergency service and not a crisis line. If you are thinking about harming yourself or others, or are going through an acute crisis — please reach out to the people close to you and to professionals: call your country's emergency psychological support line or the emergency services (112 in the EU).
Mira is designed so that in such situations she does not give "astrological advice" but points you toward real help.
6. What the service includes
Free:
- a natal chart built from your birth data;
- a limited number of trial questions for Mira;
- a daily forecast (short version);
- a trial mini compatibility reading.
With a subscription (Premium):
- conversations with Mira with context memory (message limits depend on the plan);
- full daily forecasts, including voice;
- additional compatibility analyses and other plan features.
One-off purchases:
- compatibility reports, readings, the year-ahead forecast, and other items;
- in the mobile apps — adding other people with their natal charts and group readings.
Features may differ between platforms (Telegram / Android / iOS) and change as the service evolves. The current contents of each plan are shown before purchase.
7. Payment, subscriptions, and auto-renewal
General rules for all platforms:
- The price, subscription period, and contents of the plan are shown before purchase, in your region's currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel auto-renewal. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — otherwise the charge for the next period will be made.
- The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price of the plan.
- Canceling auto-renewal stops future charges; the period already paid for remains active until it ends.
- We may change prices. We will notify you in advance of a price increase for an active subscription; the increase applies no earlier than the next renewal period and, where the platform or the law requires it, only with your consent.
Free trial (mobile apps). A subscription may start with a free trial period (for example, 3 days). If you do not cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period, the full price of the selected plan will be charged automatically. The date of the first charge and the price are shown on the checkout screen. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Where to manage and cancel your subscription:
- Google Play — Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions;
- App Store — iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; the app also provides a "Restore Purchases" function;
- Telegram — subscription management in the bot; payment via Telegram Stars;
- Web version — subscription management in your account dashboard; payment via Stripe.
Refunds:
- Purchases via Google Play and the App Store — refunds are governed by the rules of the respective platform; refund requests are submitted through the platform.
- Purchases via Telegram Stars — contact us through the "Help" section in the bot or write to support@heymira.live. We review refund requests and, where justified, return the Stars. Payment disputes in Telegram are resolved between you and us; Telegram is not a party to the dispute.
- Purchases via Stripe (the web version and other products of ours with direct payment) — refunds are made in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the right of withdrawal for EU consumers (Section 8). Requests: support@heymira.live.
8. Right of withdrawal for EU consumers (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, as a general rule you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Important for digital services: when you take out a subscription or make a one-off purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service (access to Mira, forecasts, and reports opens right away) and acknowledge that once performance has begun, the service is being provided and the right of withdrawal is lost with respect to what has already been provided, in accordance with Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. This is a standard condition for digital services with instant access; your consent is requested on the checkout screen.
To withdraw from the contract (to the extent the right remains), use the cancellation function in the service or write to support@heymira.live.
9. Third-party data you enter
When using compatibility analyses, group readings, and charts of other people, you enter their personal data (name, date, time, place of birth). You represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to provide us with this data (you have the person's consent or another lawful basis);
- you will inform the person that their data is used in Hey Mira if they ask or if the law requires it;
- you will not enter data for the purpose of surveillance, harassment, or causing harm.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of providing other people's data. For details on how we process third-party data and how a third party can request deletion, see the Privacy Policy.
10. Rules of use
You must not:
- use the service for unlawful purposes, harassment, discrimination, or harming others;
- attempt to bypass restrictions, hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or the AI system, or extract prompts or models;
- use automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interact with the service;
- create multiple accounts to abuse free features or evade restrictions;
- present Hey Mira's AI content as advice from a licensed professional, resell it, or use it commercially without our written permission;
- submit unlawful content to the chat.
In case of violation, we may restrict features, suspend, or close the account. If an account is closed for a material violation, amounts paid are not refunded unless the law or the platform's rules require otherwise.
11. Reporting AI content
If a response from Mira seems offensive, harmful, or inappropriate, you can report it without leaving the service: the report button in the app, or via the "Help" section in the bot. You can also write to support@heymira.live. We review reports and use them to improve content filtering and moderation.
12. Intellectual property
- The Hey Mira name, the Mira likeness, the logo, the design, interface texts, AI prompts, algorithms, and source code are the intellectual property of MB HeyMira.
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- The results generated for you (chart, forecasts, reports) may be saved and shared for personal purposes. Commercial use and resale are prohibited without written permission.
13. Service availability
We aim for 24/7 operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or outages — including on the side of Telegram, Google, Apple, AI providers, and other third parties whose operation we are not responsible for. We may modify, develop, and discontinue individual features; we will give advance notice of any material reduction of paid features.
14. Warranties and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that Mira's responses will be accurate, complete, or fit for your purposes (see Section 4).
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content, or for their consequences.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising through no fault of ours.
- The aggregate liability of MB HeyMira for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
What this limitation does NOT affect. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits: (a) liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault; (b) liability for intent or gross negligence (Art. 6.252 of the Civil Code of Lithuania); (c) your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of Lithuania, the EU, and your country of residence, including statutory guarantees of conformity of digital content and services. If any limitation is not permitted in your jurisdiction, it applies to the maximum extent permitted.
15. Ending use
- You can stop using the service at any time: delete your account in the app settings, at heymira.live/delete, or by blocking the bot. Subscription auto-renewal must be canceled separately through the platform (Google Play / App Store / the bot) — deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- We may suspend or close an account for a violation of these Terms, with prior notice to you, except in cases of serious violations requiring immediate action.
- After the account is closed, data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
16. Terms for App Store (Apple) users
If you use the iOS app, the following additionally applies:
- These Terms are concluded between you and MB HeyMira, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- The license to the app is limited to use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store rules.
- MB HeyMira is responsible for maintenance and support of the app; Apple has no obligation to provide support.
- In the event of the app's failure to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if applicable); to the maximum extent otherwise, warranty claims are addressed to MB HeyMira.
- Claims relating to the product (including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection) are addressed to MB HeyMira.
- In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, MB HeyMira is responsible for handling the claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US sanctions list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU law. If you are a consumer, you additionally retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country of your habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
We prefer to resolve issues directly: write to support@heymira.live, and we will try to settle the dispute informally. EU consumers can also use national consumer protection bodies; in Lithuania — the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).
18. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We will give notice of material changes within the service at least 7 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version. If you do not agree — stop using the service and, if you wish, delete your account; you may use any prepaid period under the previous terms.
19. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
- Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of it.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MB HeyMira regarding the service.
